FORGIVE

FORGIVE and the truth shall set you true free. Why are we so afraid of our own shadow, our light, being wrong or right. Do we not believe we are worthy of forgiveness. To sin
is to miss the mark, to make a mistake. We have all sinned and we all deserve forgiveness
especially from ourselves. We are human and human are not perfect. Part of being human is
to learn from our mistakes. So stand up and stretch your light-body and claim your power.
The power to grow. The power to move forward even with all short-comings and mistakes.
Give your a break and yourself. NOW go out a grab that rainbow and SHINE like there is no
tomorrow.

The Eb and Flow of Life

The Eb and Flow of life is an endless dance that we all experience. Some fast some slow.
The relationship that is one step forward two step back. The new friend you've meet and all ready your in tune with. Flowing with each others energy and thinking, no struggle just flow. To the job you struggle to get even one step forward with.
Ah yes the dance of a lifetime. What is your heart telling you about your flow. Is it a Waltz as you glide through life or is it a Lidy with all the energy that life demands or maybe a Tango,
a hot and heavy tug-a-war with life. Whatever your dance of life is flow through life with easy and grace even if it two steps forward and one step back. Your still moving forward with life and all is well in Universe.

"Ask and ye shall recieve"

Mathew 7:7
"Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be open unto you"

Most of us have the Asking part down. But its the receiving part we have a problem with. We usually receive what we think were worthy of receiving. And that's usually less than what we originally ask for.
Knock and the door shall open on to you. A lot of us can and do knock when necessary.
But when the door opens we hesitate entering because again a part of us thinks we are not
good enough. We think were on holy ground and don't want to trouble anyone.

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful
beyond measure. It is own light not darkness that frightens us most. We ask ourselves,
"Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and famous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. You playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightening about shrinking so that people won't feel insecure around you.
We were born to manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us, its in all of us. And when we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give others
permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fears, our presence automatic liberates others - Marianne Williamson

Ask yourself why does our own light frighten us so? Go inside and ask, breathe and ask. Give yourself permission to shine. Allow yourself to shine brightly.

May I have this dance?

As you let the wind swirl you around I whisper sweet messages of love in your ear. As the wind swirls around your curves as if my hands were gently caressing your skin ever so
lightly. As the wind caresses your hair as if my hands were gently caressing your neck.
My whisperings are "May I have this dance?". A dance of a lifetime throughout the universe. A dance we can have anytime, anywhere. All you have to do is close your eyes and dream a dream where I'm whispering to your soul, "My I have this dance?".

The Road to Nowhere.

Isn't it funny that we are always running from here to there looking under that rock and around that tree for that person or that something that will give us all the answers. Put us on the right path. Solve all of our problems. But remember when the student is ready the teacher shall appear or is it the the other way around or both. An author once said. "I traveled the world, read the great books but I realized all I have to do is be where I'm at to find all the answers I need". So if and when you come to the point that you are experiencing the experience for the pure joy of experiencing then my friend, your journey to nowhere is NOW here.

How do I draw thee

I would like to draw thee but will a mire pencil capture your beauty.
I can mold your figure with clay and show your lovely curves but how can I show your
light with just my hand.
I can draw your portrait with chalk but can I show your show spirit with mere chalk.
I can paint your aura with a brush but how do I breathe life in your soul with a mere
brush.

what is flow, the flow of life.

What is flow?

Everything is in flow. Air flows, blood flows, the Ebb and Flow of the ocean
The first law of thermodynamics states:

"Energy can be transformed (changed from one form to another), but it can neither be created nor destroyed."
Chi is the energy flow of life. A acupuncturists focuses on this chi, this flow, by directing
it to speed up, slow down or readjusting it.
Qi Gong refers to a wide variety of traditional cultivation practices that involve methods of accumulating, circulating, and working with qi breathing or energy within the body.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive.
If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy".
So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."
Summer McStravick, the originator of Flow dreaming (www.flowdreaming.com)
talks about something called flow thinking.
Flow: The Psychology of Optimal Experience, by one Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi. The book has had a lasting effect on me, and the concept of flow has worked itself deeply into my thinking. The depth of concentration required by the fine balance of challenges and skills precludes worrying about temporarily irrelevant issues. We forget ourselves and become lost in the activity.

If the rock-climber were to worry about his job or his love life as he is hanging by his fingertips over the void, he would soon fall. The musician would hit a wrong note, the chess player would lose the game.
In meditation one of true goals is that meditation become more than a technique, it becomes your life. Referring to the Bible on pray. It is stated that pray should be unceasingly.
This is how Life in the Flow is, unceasing.
Please visit Flow Dreaming for exploring deep aspects of the flow and flow dreaming.
